SPIKE TECHNOLOGIES was founded in the year 2002. Started with simple machining jobs. Was exposed to 3rd party machining job-works.
2004
Did multiple job works for RAJSONS ENTERPRISES. Was exposed to critical component machining for BEL. Machining of Radar parts and other jigs and fixtures
2006
Development of PET moulds for medical packaging industry. Machining of Magnetic Fixtures, Ultrasonic Welding fixtures for Hical Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
2007
Aluminum machining for Oceansat-2 project of the ISRO Satellite Centre, Vacuum window assembly, Sensor brackets, Jigs for HYSI Payload, MX payload. Started working with AMARAJA BATTERIES LTD
2008
Machining of worm bearing housings, connectors for SIKA INTERPLANT SYSTEMS Machined complex 3D structures and complex materials like Magnesium, Titanium etc. Also machined several alloys.

Machining of several key component assemblies for ISRO Satellite Centre including but not limited to thruster brackets, reconditioning of assemblies etc

Machining of Aerospace data collection modules and black boxes for Merlin Hawk Aerospace

Was introduced to Team Indus aka Axiom Research Centre. Machining of various assemblies, including but not limited to Sun sensors, rover assembly etc

Began development of complex molds for battery manufacturing and also complete cutting and conveying system (semi automated) for ARBL.
2017
Emerged as the best tooling and die manufacturer for ARBL. Supplied over 300+ major components to ARBL. Been developing molds and tools for TATA batteries.

Was introduced to TITAN ENGINEERING NAND AUTOMATION. Machining of various assemblies for Automated lines. Been developing molds and tools for TATA batteries

Was introduced to TATA POWER SED. Machining of various HOUSING, HEAT SINKS AND COMPLEX DEFENCE PARTS
